Kathleen Pine (pinetree) > Able to catch a few in perfect formation. Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore boat tour.
Kathleen Pine (pinetree) > Spray Falls, one of the main reasons I wanted to take the boat tour. It's also another reason to go on the later afternoon cruises. That's the only time they go and see these falls.

Kathleen Pine (pinetree) > The mineral stains give the color to the Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore. Red and orange are iron, black is manganese, white is limonite, and green is traces of copper.
Kathleen Pine (pinetree) > Miner's Castle at Picture Rocks National Lakeshore. Superior is so clear around this area. The water reminded me of somplace like the Bahamas. Just recently Miner's Castle lost one of its turrets. Wish I could have seen it whole, as it had been for so very long. Kathleen Pine (pinetree) > Very thin waterfall, but was very surprised and pleased there was this much water flow considering the drought in Michigan and Wisconsin the summer of 2007. MNA/Memorial Falls in Munising, MI.
Kathleen Pine (pinetree) > Easton scaled down to take this shot. He bonded with another photographer who trailed along with him. And then Easton became the unofficial tour guide later on, when he just HAD to escort 2 lovely ladies down so they would not get hurt (since he knew the way so well). Hmm, he had just been complaining about his knee when he was miraculously healed for the damsels in distress.
Kathleen Pine (pinetree) > Horseshoe Falls in Munising, MI.
Kathleen Pine (pinetree) > Easton's favorite falls of the trip--Horseshoe Falls in Munising, MI.
